Road Signs

Let Highway Travelers Know You’re There

Everyone looks for them when they’re hungry, low on gas or looking for something fun to do. They’re the attraction signs along interstates and state roads, and this is the place to go to apply to have your business or organization included on the ones nearest your exit. This program is an opportunity brought to you by the Indiana Department of Transportation. There are two sign programs available based on placement and category type.

State Road Signs for Attractions

These signs are open to agricultural, educational and recreational attractions. Examples that fit this bill are convention centers, museums, colleges, amusement park, farmers market, golf courses, historical sites and the like. The State Road signs are green or brown, depending on the type of attraction. Read the policies and print the application here.

Interstate Logo Signs

Businesses eligible to have a logo on the blue interstate signs include gas, lodging, restaurant, camping and attraction establishments. Businesses have reported a 25% increase in customer traffic after adding their logos to these interstate signs. The signs also provide directions and mileage to your establishment.
