InstaIndiana winners revealed; 2019 Indiana travel materials available

INDIANAPOLIS (January 7, 2019) – Today, Indiana Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Office of Tourism Development announced the winners of the InstaIndiana online voting contest.

With locations in the voting list covering all types of places to explore in Indiana like parks, agritourism destinations, wineries, outdoor recreation places, sports venues, downtowns, museums and zoos, here is the list of the top ten most Instagram-worthy places:

  1. Brown County State Park
  2. Indiana Dunes State Park
  3. Turkey Run State Park
  4. Clifty Falls State Park
  5. French Lick Resort
  6. McCormick’s Creek State Park
  7. Michigan City Lighthouse/Pier
  8. Indiana University
  9. Patoka Lake
  10. Pokagon State Park

The cover of the official 2019 Travel Guide features the Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site in Rome City, while the cover of the official 2019 Indiana Roadway Map, sponsored by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, shows the flower quilts at the Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower in Berne. The map includes a mileage chart, Indiana State Police and emergency contact information, and multiple advertisements from some of Indiana’s most popular cultural and tourist destinations
